We did not meet our driver at the arrival point. What happens now?

Our Taxi driver will be waiting for you at the arrival point, holding a sign with your name. We track all flights so that we are there on time in case of delays or changes. 

If you do not meet our driver, for any reason (i.e different arrival exit, crowded hall, etc), we will try to contact you on the phone number registered while booking. Please make sure that your mobile phone is activated and that your service provider  supports roaming.

How can I book & pay for TAXI services?

You can book our services using the booking form on this website. The payment is made in cash to our TAXI driver, upon arrival at your final destination.

What is the passenger capacity of your TAXI vehicles?

Each TAXI can carry up to 4 persons (adults and/or children). If your group consists of more than 4 persons, you will need to book two Taxi vehicles. Special offers & discounts apply to groups of more than 4 people, so please contact us for a special quote.

Do you provide car Child Seats?

YES, we provide FREE child seat for children aged from 1 month to 6 years old, upon request.
Please make sure you request a child seat in the booking form or contact us via e-mail, at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Do you charge extra in case of a delayed arrival?

NO, we do NOT charge extra for possible delays due to crowded halls, baggage claim, flight delays, etc. We track all flights so that we are there on time in case of delays or changes. 

However, please keep us informed on time changes & delays, if possible.

How much luggage fits in your vehicles?

Our cars are spacious family sedans (Mercedes Benz) E Class, thus they can accommodate quite a few luggage!
We will try our best to fit your luggage in one vehicle. In case that is not possible, you will have to book a second vehicle and extra charges apply.

My destination does not appear on your website. Can you take me there?

We serve almost all major destinations in Crete!

If your destination (area, hotel, villa, etc) does not appear on our website, please contact us with your request and we will inform you on availability & cost.

Is smoking allowed in the TAXI?

All our TAXI drivers are NON smokers for hygiene & safety reasons.

We kindly ask our passengers to please refrain from smoking while in CretanTaxi vehicles.
